Christophe Biget: An independent consultant since 2005 and interim manager since 2020, Christophe holds an MBA from London Business School and brings over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, IT and Data/AI across major European groups — he notably led the deployment of Data & AI tools for 12,000 employees across 35 countries at Pernod Ricard, built LVMH's central digital team, restructured Auchan Retail's IT division (new IT organization, AI, Data & Cloud Centers of Excellence) before leading the integration of 98 Casino stores, and reorganized Castorama's headquarters. He brings to this talk a ground-level perspective on what AI is really changing — for organizations, and for the consultants who support them.

Charles Bianchi: an independant consultant, with over 20 years of experience, advising CEOs, CDOs and COOs in the retail, entertainment, consumer and technology fields. Charles held senior management roles in major retail companies, such as VP Strategy at GPA (largest brazilian retailer), Senior VP in different positions (Strategy, Commercial, and CEO of the brazilian unit) at Fnac and COO at Pixmania.com, a major european e-commerce pure player. Charles has a first experience with the consulting firm McKinsey & Company after graduating from HEC Paris (1996) and speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
